Reddit is seeking a Senior Lead, Business Marketing, ANZ to drive regional business marketing strategy for Australia and New Zealand. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to grow Reddit's presence in the ANZ market and support Reddit's business products.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead ANZ business marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, and demand generation programs.
Partner with product, sales, partnerships, and regional teams to create integrated campaigns.
Plan, execute, and measure campaigns, track ROI, and report on performance.
Translate market insights into actionable marketing initiatives that drive product adoption and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience in relevant roles (preferably B2B or marketplace platforms).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with digital marketing, demand generation, content, and events.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work from our Sydney office (onsite).
