Role overview

Senior Director, Global SMB Sales at Reddit will lead and scale Reddit’s small and medium business (SMB) sales globally. You’ll shape the GTM strategy for SMB across regions, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining a superior customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute a global SMB sales strategy, targets, and go-to-market plans.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing SMB sales organization across multiple regions.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent; establish a performance-driven culture with clear metrics.
  • Forecast pipeline, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to optimize the SMB customer lifecycle and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable processes, tooling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Represent Reddit to SMB customers, build strategic partnerships, and drive long-term value.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of SaaS sales leadership with a track record of scaling SMB or mid-market sales globally.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent and to lead across geographies and time zones.
  • Data-driven, metrics-focused with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics; strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in consumer tech or online communities; global enterprise/Mid-market exposure is a plus.

Location

New York City, NY (On-site). Willingness to travel as needed.
