Role Overview

Senior Director, Global SMB Sales will lead Reddit's SMB sales strategy and execution across regions, build and scale a high-performing global SMB sales organization, and drive revenue growth for the SMB segment. This is a senior leadership role accountable for developing a scalable go-to-market engine, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the global SMB sales strategy and execution across regions and segments
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing SMB sales organization with a focus on sustainable revenue growth
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, quota setting, and performance analytics for the SMB portfolio
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to optimize the SMB customer journey and win rates
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to maximize ROI
  • Establish scalable processes for territory planning, pricing, renewal strategies, and partner engagement
  • Represent the SMB voice in cross-functional leadership discussions to influence product and GTM decisions

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience with a global SMB/mid-market focus
  • Proven track record of leading large teams and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales processes
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Strategic thinker with operational excellence and the ability to navigate ambiguity
