Senior Director, Global SMB Sales at Reddit
Reddit is seeking a Senior Director, Global SMB Sales to lead our worldwide SMB sales organization. This remote role is available to candidates across Europe (Remote - Portugal). You will define and execute the global SMB sales strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive revenue growth across the SMB segment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global SMB sales strategy and go-to-market plans.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing SMB sales organization across multiple regions.
- Develop accurate forecasts, pipelines, and revenue plans; manage budgets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the end-to-end SMB customer journey.
- Establish best-practices for SMB account coverage, territory planning, and deal orchestration.
- Drive pipeline growth, deal acceleration, and higher win rates through data-driven decisions.
- Represent Reddit externally with customers, partners, and stakeholders; build strategic partnerships and thought leadership in the SMB space.
Requirements
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience in SMB or related fields, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a global scope.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; willingness to travel as needed.
