About the role
Reddit is seeking a contractor to support ModLab communities by coordinating activities, engaging moderators, and helping grow healthy communities across Reddit. This remote contract role is based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ModLab activities and events with moderators and community members
- Manage outreach, onboarding, and ongoing support for moderators
- Develop content calendars and assist with program communications
- Monitor community health and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with product, policy, and safety teams to support communities
Qualifications
- Experience in community management, social media, events, or moderator programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Comfort working in a remote contract role, ideally with US hours
- Familiarity with Reddit and online communities
Location and terms
Contract position with remote work. Location: Remote - United States. Time zone alignment with US-hours preferred.
