🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in marketing operations or related field with HubSpot expertise
  • Build and manage workflows, nurture strategies, and routing
  • Strong data cleanliness, marketing processes, and best practices
  • Experience with HubSpot, Hex, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to optimize MarTech
  • Excellent collaboration with DS, Product, IT, Legal; Reddit familiarity
