Reddit is seeking a Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Nordics) to lead the growth of the mid-market segment for the Nordics from our Amsterdam office. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, help shape regional go-to-market strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value to advertisers and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end mid-market sales cycle in the Nordics region from Amsterdam
Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategy for Nordics
Build and manage a healthy pipeline, forecast, and close deals with mid-market customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Experience and Product to maximize customer success
Mentor and coach team members as the organization grows

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B software sales or equivalent
Proven track record of achieving quota in a mid-market or enterprise segment
Experience selling into Nordic markets and building regional relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
