Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Client Account Executives)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Client Account Executives in Mid-Market sales.
• Manage Mid-Market accounts from onboarding to upsell.
• Educate brands on Reddit ads to drive ROI and campaign success.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client partnerships and operations.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing Client Account Executives team.
• Role based in New York or San Francisco, in-office 1-2x weekly.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of digital media sales.
• 1-3 years of sales management experience.
• Direct advertiser sales experience, including negotiations.
• Proven experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Experience managing scalable books across verticals.
• Excellent communication skills.
