Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Client Account Executives)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of Client Account Executives; NY or SF hybrid 1-2x/week
• Coach team to exceed revenue targets
• Identify obstacles to client growth; share market feedback
• Advise on market opportunities and strategic planning
• Collaborate with Marketing on launches and communications
• Align with Sales Ops and Finance on targets

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales
• 1-3 years of sales management experience
• Direct advertiser sales and scaled partnerships
• Upleveling sales partnerships with C-level stakeholders
• Managing scalable books across verticals and objectives
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
