Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Manager to lead the Ads Measurement Modeling efforts. This role focuses on building and leading scalable machine learning solutions that measure the impact of advertising while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Role Overview

As the Machine Learning Manager for Ads Measurement Modeling, you will lead a team of engineers and scientists to design, implement, and 운영 measurement models that quantify ad effectiveness. You will translate business needs into ML solutions, guide experimentation design, and ensure models are robust, interpretable, and aligned with Reddit’s product and privacy standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team focused on ads measurement modeling, including hiring, career development, and performance management.
• Define and execute an ML strategy for measurement, experimentation, and modeling of ad effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Platform, and Marketing to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.
• Oversee model development lifecycle: data collection, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Design and evaluate experimental frameworks (A/B tests, lift studies, causal inference) to validate measurement models.
• Ensure models are scalable, robust, and compliant with privacy and ethical guidelines.
• Communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science with demonstrated leadership/people management.
• Strong background in measurement modeling, experimentation, and analytics for advertising or digital products.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks and data tooling; familiarity with causal inference a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Location: Remote – United States (North America region). This is a full-time, remote role with collaboration across global teams.
