Team Objective The Business Manager team builds the foundational platform that businesses and agencies use to operate on Reddit. We own how businesses are created, structured, secured, and shared across ads and other Reddit surfaces, including identity, permissions, onboarding, and cross-account collaboration.
About the Team The Business Manager team tackles complex, high-stakes challenges at the core of Reddit’s ads platform which include innovating on permissions systems, building Agency and Large Customer solutions, and driving adoption among Reddit's largest advertisers. From ideation to delivery, our engineers are trusted with end-to-end ownership of their projects, working closely in cross-functional collaboration with PMs, UX, and partner teams.
