Reddit is seeking a Growth Builder for Singapore & Thailand on a contract basis. This remote contractor role focuses on designing and executing growth experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement across Southeast Asia. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to define metrics, run experiments, analyze outcomes, and iterate quickly based on data. The role offers remote work from Singapore and/or Thailand with cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run growth experiments to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to define and track key metrics.
• Analyze results, synthesize insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Iterate quickly based on data and feedback to optimize funnels.
• Coordinate regional initiatives across Singapore and Thailand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of growth marketing, growth hacking, or related experience.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and attribution modeling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to manage multiple experiments and projects in a fast-paced environment.
