📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales, PM, or Sales Leadership
  • 5+ years leading outsourced or partner-based sales ops
  • Proven track record building scalable outsourced sales teams
  • Experience selling into SMB with revenue goals exceeded
  • Excellent communication and project management
  • Strong analytical mindset; dashboards (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau)
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
