Plan and manage editorial calendars, content guidelines, and governance processes.
Analyze content performance metrics and iterate to improve engagement.
Maintain consistent brand voice and community standards across content.
Coordinate with external writers or partners when needed.
Work in a fast-paced, distributed environment and communicate effectively with remote teams.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or related roles.
Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills.
Experience with content analytics and performance measurement tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Reddit communities and platform nuances is a plus.
