Job Overview

Reddit is seeking a Client Account Manager for the LCS Tech portfolio to manage strategic client relationships, drive customer success, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts within the LCS Tech portfolio.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; develop strategic plans and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor account health, renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and success plans.
• Advocate for the client within Reddit to drive product improvements and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or customer success in the tech industry.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and deliver results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel as needed; self-motivated and collaborative.
