Account Manager, DACH at Reddit

Reddit is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to lead and grow our advertiser relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This full-time, fixed-term role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of DACH advertiser accounts and drive revenue growth
Develop regional strategy and coordinate cross-functional efforts
Build trusted relationships with agencies and brands in the DACH region
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and campaign optimization
Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and quarterly business reviews
Ensure client success, retention, and expansion opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years of account management or client services experience in digital advertising or ad tech
Strong knowledge of the DACH market; German language proficiency required; English proficiency
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision making
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; willingness to travel (as applicable)
