Red Team Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Devise and execute multi-stage attack campaigns emulating threat actor TTPs.
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities across networks, apps, facilities, and people.
• Conduct covert red team ops: network pen tests, app security, social engineering.
• Lead purple team exercises with the blue team to improve detection and response.
• Develop custom tooling and scripts to automate attack simulations.
• Create post-engagement reports detailing findings and actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in offensive security (Red Teaming, Pen Testing).
• Planning and executing covert red team ops from recon to objective completion.
• Deep understanding of attacker TTPs and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Proficient in Python for tooling and automation.
• Hands-on with Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, implants.
• Excellent written and oral communication for articulating risks.
