- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields
- 1-3 years experience in Recruitment Coordination
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience partnering with clients and senior-level leaders
- Project management experience with limited supervision
- Passion for robotics, autonomy, and solving problems
