📋 Description

  • Be a liaison between teams, including hiring managers and the People Ops function.
  • Manage candidate experience and interview process; primary contact for hires.
  • Schedule and prep interviews to ensure teams and candidates are prepared.
  • Support early talent and intern hiring; posting internships and assisting events.
  • Help optimize the interview process to promote a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity and keep internal docs up to date with Lever, Notion, Slack.

🎯 Requirements

  • High attention to detail in candidate communications.
  • Strong collaborator and team player across functions.
  • Excellent time management and communication; manage calendars.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-touch experiences.
  • Handle confidential information with tact and discretion; eager to learn about AI.
