📋 Description

• 6-month fixed-term contract based in the United States.
• Recruiting Sourcer for the Go To Market TA team focusing on AMER and US Public Sector.
• Front line of recruiting; build pipelines and deliver candidate experience.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage passive talent via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals.
• Maintain candidate data and track sourcing metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sourcing or recruiting
• Experience supporting Field Operations or technical roles across AMER
• Familiarity with USPS or similar public sector roles a strong plus
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ATS like Greenhouse)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for candidate experience
