π― Requirements
- 4β5 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in Media/Digital Marketing/Ad Tech (agency preferred)
- Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience sourcing for Paid media, earned media, analytics, and tech
- Familiarity with agency/platform ecosystems (Google, Meta, Amazon, DSPs, analytics tools)
- ATS experience (Lever preferred) and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
