- Own end-to-end delivery of recruiting projects and process improvements
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively surface and resolve blockers
- Use data and stakeholder feedback to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Document and standardize processes for global scale and clarity
- Act as a central coordination across Recruiting, Talent Ops, Legal, and Hiring Managers
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of project/program mgmt experience in Recruiting (preferred)
- 9+ years total work experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational and PM skills; strong communications
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in problems
- Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices
- Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
