- Strategic advisor to Hiring Managers with data-informed decisions.
- Experience with talent assessments (take-home, case studies, structured exercises).
- Greenhouse/ATS expertise; LinkedIn Recruiter, Textio, automation tools; data reporting.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; willing to travel at least twice yearly.
