📋 Description

• Define role requirements with Hiring Managers and interview plans.
• Manage full recruiting for multiple roles with high quality experience.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals; build diverse pipelines.
• Screen calls and informational interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Deliver timely, transparent communication with candidates throughout.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting in Greenhouse and recruiting tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting in tech/education.
• Sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across roles and levels.
• Strategic advisor to Hiring Managers with data-informed decisions.
• Experience with talent assessments (take-home, case studies, structured exercises).
• Greenhouse/ATS expertise; LinkedIn Recruiter, Textio, automation tools; data reporting.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; willing to travel at least twice yearly.
