📋 Description

  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across panel, onsite, and exec loops.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0–2+ years in recruiting ops or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and documentation standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently within established processes.
  • AI fluency with ability to use AI tools to improve workflow.
  • Successful completion of an AI skills assessment.
