Recruiting Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across panel, onsite, and exec loops.
• Oversee interview logistics: calendars, itineraries, guides, scorecards, and pre-employment steps.
• Support candidate travel and related logistics as needed.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline coordination with a human-centered approach.
• Maintain the recruiting SOP library and documentation for consistency and scale.
• Support TA operations projects, tool rollouts, and hiring surges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2+ years in recruiting ops or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and documentation standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently within established processes.
• AI fluency with ability to use AI tools to improve workflow.
• Successful completion of an AI skills assessment.
