🎯 Requirements

2-3 years in recruiting/coordinator or talent ops.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools (AI, Zapier).
Highly organized; can juggle multiple projects.
Proactive and autonomous.
Curious about GTM recruiting processes.
Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, or modern ATS.
No-code automation in Sheets/Notion.
