🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Recruiting Ops or similar data role.
Strong analytics; handle messy data, build reports.
Hands-on experience with recruiting/HR systems; Greenhouse preferred.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Tableau/Looker).
Curious about AI and automation; enjoy tinkering and experiments.
