π― Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting operations or coordination at a scaling company
- Hands-on experience as an ATS administrator or power user
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Bonus: Experienced with Ashby ATS
- Experience collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers
