Recruiting Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Maintain and support staffing needs to ensure caregiver coverage
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, referrals, and community partners
• Respond to employment inquiries and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Collaborate with office leadership to develop recruiting strategies and job postings
• Attend career fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to promote BAYADA careers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Personal care experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
