- Ability to work in a fluid, flexible, organized environment.
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving settings; highly organized and accountable.
- Quick to ramp on ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, scheduling tools.
- Ability to use AI as a partner with privacy, inclusion, and candidate experience in mind.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent.
