📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across all departments: Engineering (DevOps, Platform, Backend); Product & Design; Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success); Developer Relations
  • Partner with executive leadership to align hiring plans with growth goals
  • Build and optimize recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and best practices
  • Act as strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent market insights
  • Lead and execute high-priority searches (technical and GTM roles)
  • Develop sourcing strategies for specialized talent in Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including leadership/ownership of TA function
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions including Engineering and GTM
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps / Platform Engineering
  • Experience building recruiting processes in early-stage B2B SaaS startups (Seed–Series B/C)
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically; strong stakeholder management
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar
