Recruiting Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Build partnerships with Recruiting, People, and Finance as a strategic data partner.
• Gather requirements with Recruiting and cross-functional leaders; translate needs into analytics.
• Own reporting of key Recruiting metrics (hiring progress, recruiter productivity, pipeline health) and identify issues.
• Create and enhance dashboards/visualizations in Tableau and One Model for real-time insights.
• Manage data within Greenhouse and build/maintain data pipelines using SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server).
• Support data governance practices including data access, privacy, and information flow documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in an analytical role, able to influence leadership decisions through storytelling.
• Proficiency with SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Python/R a plus.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau and One Model) and building dashboards.
• ATS experience (Greenhouse) and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Process mapping and systems improvement experience; track record of solving inefficiencies.
• Experience handling confidential data with discretion; strong data governance practices.
