- 1+ years Recruiting Coordinator or HR/TA support experience.
- Experience with ATS, ideally Ashby.
- Strong organizational skills; build efficient processes.
- Outstanding communication, attention to detail, problem-solving.
- Adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity; startup/fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: automation tools; experience supporting engineering teams.
