- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles (remote/in-person)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; proactive and detailed
- Calm, steady approach in fast-moving environments
- Clear, kind, professional communication to diverse candidates
- Nice to have: Experience with Ashby and Workday
