π― Requirements
- 1+ year in recruiting/HR or high-volume admin; top-of-funnel experience a plus
- ATS experience; Greenhouse or Ashby preferred
- Detail-oriented; quickly review high volumes of resumes for sales or care roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional emails
- Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
