Partner with recruiting team and managers to drive candidates through interview and offer.
Ensure complex interview schedules run across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Create a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
Maintain ATS data integrity and accurate candidate tracking (Greenhouse).
Provide timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring journey.

🎯 Requirements

1-3+ years in recruiting coordination, HR ops, or related.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS; global/multi-time-zone coordination.
Strong ownership, follow-through, and passion for candidate experience.
