  • Familiar with Greenhouse (ATS), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels
  • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; discretion with confidential info
  • Growth-minded; adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Willing to take on ad hoc projects and contribute where needed
