Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications
• Maintain ATS and scheduling tool accuracy (Greenhouse, GoodTime)
• Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows
• Maintain clean recruiting documentation and data integrity
• Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements
• Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations
• Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred)
• Must have experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime
• Nice to have: Gem, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
