- Own candidate communications during scheduling lifecycle β confirmations, reschedules, prep materials
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS: interview plans, interviewer pools, reference forms
- Prepare interviewers with resumes, rubrics, and relevant context
- Support day-of interview logistics and troubleshoot last-minute changes
π― Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling
- High bar for operational excellence, accuracy, and follow-through
- Clear, professional, warm written communication
- Comfort making independent decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to prioritize across competing scheduling requests and stakeholders
- Nice-to-Haves: Ashby or similar ATS; exec-level scheduling familiarity
