  • 2+ years in recruiting coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail, urgency, prioritisation, multitasking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Affinity for improving candidate experience.
  • Proficiency with GSuite, Microsoft Office, and ATS.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Candidate FYI.
