- Partner with User Operations leaders to build hiring strategies across Trust & Safety, Support, and Risk.
- Own top-of-funnel talent strategy—proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and specialized User Operations roles.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and uphold diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliant, efficient recruiting.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in-house at high-growth companies.
- Experience hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, Support, Tech Support, or Fraud & Risk.
- Proven success building top-of-funnel pipelines via advanced sourcing.
- Excellent communication across cultures with diverse teams.
- Adaptive in fast-paced environments; balances strategy with hands-on execution.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
