📋 Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for User Operations roles, from role definition to offers.
  • Partner with User Operations leaders to build hiring strategies across Trust & Safety, Support, and Risk.
  • Own top-of-funnel talent strategy—proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and specialized User Operations roles.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience and uphold diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliant, efficient recruiting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in-house at high-growth companies.
  • Experience hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, Support, Tech Support, or Fraud & Risk.
  • Proven success building top-of-funnel pipelines via advanced sourcing.
  • Excellent communication across cultures with diverse teams.
  • Adaptive in fast-paced environments; balances strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
