  • Experience hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, or Fraud & Risk.
  • Strong ability to build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines.
  • Excellent communication across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments; strategic yet hands-on.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
