- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in-house at high-growth firms.
- Experience hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, or Fraud & Risk.
- Strong ability to build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines.
- Excellent communication across diverse teams and cultures.
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments; strategic yet hands-on.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
