- Conduct intake meetings with stakeholders and high-volume phone screens (20+ per week).
- Maintain ATS accuracy and provide regular reports; ensure compliance.

- 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, incl. executive-level roles.
- Strong intake ownership and deep understanding of role/client needs.
- Highly detail-oriented; ensures accuracy and quality.
- Urgency and accountability; able to work independently.
- Clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and high-volume recruiting.
