📋 Description

• Own 6+ active requisitions across internal and client roles.
• End-to-end recruitment: intake → sourcing → screening → testing → submission → hire.
• Achieve 4+ hires per month; 21-day time-to-fill target.
• Move candidates into active pipelines within 48 hours of intake.
• Conduct intake meetings with stakeholders and high-volume phone screens (20+ per week).
• Maintain ATS accuracy and provide regular reports; ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, incl. executive-level roles.
• Strong intake ownership and deep understanding of role/client needs.
• Highly detail-oriented; ensures accuracy and quality.
• Urgency and accountability; able to work independently.
• Clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and high-volume recruiting.
