- Strong intake ownership; deeply understand role and client needs.
- Highly detail-oriented; catch errors early.
- Operate with urgency and accountability; self-motivated.
- Clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- High-volume recruiting experience; W2/1099, confidentiality, basic labor law.
- Available to work full-time during US Eastern Time.
