- 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting in high-growth
- Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume GTM searches
- Expert knowledge of SaaS and scaling tech landscape, esp. local market
- Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills
- Ability to build talent strategy with hiring managers while delivering great candidate experience
- Native-level Japanese and full English fluency
