Manage full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market teams (sales & marketing)
Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles
Source and build pipelines, incl. passive talent via outreach and events; manage inbound applications
Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and present insights to executives
Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting in high-growth
Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume GTM searches
Expert knowledge of SaaS and scaling tech landscape, esp. local market
Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills
Ability to build talent strategy with hiring managers while delivering great candidate experience
Native-level Japanese and full English fluency
