Run full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing and corporate roles.
Build and maintain an active pipeline across all three shifts.
Source candidates through job boards, partnerships, text outreach, and referrals.
Screen applicants and move strong candidates with minimal friction.
Coordinate onsite interviews and hiring events as needed.
Manage requisitions and candidate flow in Greenhouse.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in high-volume recruiting.
Prior experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees.
Comfortable handling both high-volume and full-cycle corporate recruiting.
Candidate experience orientation; you know how people feel during the process.
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple open reqs.
Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse) or ability to learn quickly.
