  • Comfortable handling both high-volume and full-cycle corporate recruiting.
  • Candidate experience orientation; you know how people feel during the process.
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple open reqs.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse) or ability to learn quickly.
