- Prior experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees.
- Comfortable handling both high-volume and full-cycle corporate recruiting.
- Candidate experience orientation; you know how people feel during the process.
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple open reqs.
- Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse) or ability to learn quickly.
