🎯 Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience in luxury hospitality, aviation, or service industries
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to assess candidates for technical qualifications and service excellence
