- 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting in a high-growth business.
- Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume go-to-market searches.
- Expert knowledge of SaaS / scaling tech landscape in APAC, esp. Singapore.
- Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
- Build talent strategy with hiring managers and deliver strong candidate experience.
