  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for business orgs, esp GTM (sales & marketing).
  • Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting in a high-growth business.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume go-to-market searches.
  • Expert knowledge of SaaS / scaling tech landscape in APAC, esp. Singapore.
  • Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
  • Build talent strategy with hiring managers and deliver strong candidate experience.
