🎯 Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years recruiting experience in-house or agency
  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting fundamentals
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow through
  • Working knowledge of fair hiring practices
