🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales or GTM recruiting, with at least 3 years revenue-focused
  • Proven success recruiting for enterprise/strategic sales in SaaS/tech
  • Deep understanding of AE/Sales market and ability to assess talent
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and high-volume sourcing
  • Comfortable handling many requisitions while maintaining quality
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, Force Management, or similar frameworks

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: SF Bay Area range $164,000–$213,700 USD
  • Remote/other locations base: $148,000–$192,600 USD
  • Equity/RSU and incentive compensation may apply
