Recruiter - Sales

📋 Description

• Partner with managers to execute hiring strategies for Sales and GTM roles
• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordination, offers
• Build and manage candidate pipelines with high-quality experience
• Communicate pipeline health, progress, blockers to stakeholders
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels
• Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing mission, culture, and opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments (GTM or similar functions preferred)
• Strong organizational and execution skills; manage multiple searches independently
• Comfort with full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, candidate management
• Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates via clear communication
• Proactive, self-starter with willingness to learn and own work
• Ability to operate with ambiguity while following processes
